People, when it's time to say: i'll stop talking to this person bec he/she is affecting me negatively?

Do you even make a pause, say to yourself i must stop because this relationship is not balanced and it affects me badly, i gotta go on without them?

Geesh, I hope it's not me!

As soon as you feel you are "being used".

I have had to let go of many over the years because, they just 'crossed the line'.

    Peace and Blessings

It depends on the safety factor. If it is safe to walk away, then it is just the gut feeling and "Ciao!." However, if the guy is a convicted stalker, then you can't do it so easily even though the time has come. It wouldn't be safe to enrage him. so, it depends on the situation and the gut feeling.

You have to think of yourself first. Do not let someone else drag you down. It is a form of control over you. Don't stay because you are afraid of their reactions. If you do you are letting them be in charge of your life.
