Speaking as a father of two ex-teenagers (boy and girl), just tell them and they'll probably be fine with it and avoid walking in on you. Too many kids assume their parents will think it's a big deal. It isn't. But then again, they know their mother and I have always slept naked, so they certainly feel that it's OK to do the same if they like.

Polls I've seen on the subject usually have the percentage of men higher than for women (about 2:1 with about a third of all men sleeping that way in an older American poll). A more recent UK poll put the numbers much higher for both sexes. I've been sleeping that way my entire adult life, as has my wife, including long before I met her.

I think the best solution is to get an alarm clock and inform your parents that you will get up by yourself. Then they won't have any reason to walk into your room.

You can tell them you're sleeping naked if you want. Some guys (including me) would feel awkward telling their parents they're sleeping naked, but it's up to you.

Ask your parents to buy you an alarm clock, and say you're tired of them waking you up. Lock your door at night, and sleep as naked as you desire. It's what I did when I was young and hormonally insane. lol (not saying that you're hormonally insane, cuz I don't know that fer sure, but my hormones made me go crazy when I was a kid, so, lol)

Just do it. Your parents wont care. I do it sometimes just for comfort and other times I don't because certain parts flop everywhere and get uncomfortable lol. It isn't a big deal at all, I really don't see the problem you have, just do it if you want to.

I always sleep naked (yes, every night all year long) and have for years and I could care less who walks in and sees me...if there's an issue it's on them not me...

The easy answer is to get an alarm clock, tell mom and dad that you are getting older and feel that you should be responsible for getting yourself up in the morning, then prove yourself to them by getting up when the alarm goes off.

After that they would have no more need to come in your room and you can be as nude as you want.

Get up by yourself so you don't have to have them walking in on you. I occasionally sleep naked and I told my mother that because she tends to walk down to my room to wake me up if I forget to set my alarm. Any ways, just notify your parents that you are going to sleep naked and you don't want them to walk in on you.

Tell your parents that you don't want them walking in on you anymore. You can tell your dad. He'd understand. End of story.
