O.k. so I downloaded the apps to my computer, how do I actually get them on my iPod Touch.?

plug in your ipod. under "devices" on the left of the window choose your ipod. near the top you'll see a thumb tab menu. Summary will be selected. to the right of that choose apps. select the apps you want and you can even arrange them. once done press sync, then wait, and enjoy

You need to ssh. Download iphonebrowser

It works for ipod touch too

It lets you see the files inside your ipod touch

Open it, go to this directory

For install0us:2.6+ :/var/mobile/Downloads

For installous 3.1+ : /var/mobile/Documents/Installous/downloads

Put it in, open up the appropriate installous on your ipod touch and then press install.=D
