External Capture Card for Mac?

I wanted a capture card for my iMac, but I dont want to open it up, since I suck at stuff like that. I have heard of external USB or Firewire capture cards, where can I find a good, bur reasonably priced one? I dont expect to pay over $100 for it. Also, I really want it to be RCA (red, white, yellow cords) compatible. Any help?

    The ATI TV Wonder HD 650 works on Mac. I have the Windows version and it works great.

    EDIT: This comes in both USB and PCIe.

    you being a Max tech dude you may recognize a few thing for the mac needs to be bought from mac, it truly is the placement with the mac, you could't interchange/set up third party hardware so verify with mac first in the previous you purchase some thing
