It already reached parts of Florida (threatening Keys) so your looking at that whole area, Puerto Rico,Cuba, Bahamas, Dominican Republic and oil spills affect humans in that fumes alone cause asthmatic symptoms, nausea, headaches, etc., it's going up the east coast most likely...usa today website I referenced has a map of the oil spill's likely path...

Considering Cuba may be affected ( and it too is an island ) and has received recommendations from the White House on what to do - it is anyones guess. Caribbean nothing. It may be carried up the east coast to the grand banks(where the majority of sea food comes from) in Canada. This is all new stuff that is happening.
