What is the name of the online game where you try to block things from getting to the other side?

    Defense games is a pretty common term for them. There is all sorts of defense games, whether it be shooting or something completely out of the ordinary like Plants vs. Zombies, but despite all the subgenres if I was looking for a game like you ask for just search for defense games.
