I need to loose weight help?

Hiya guys,

Well my names Bex im 18 from England. I weigh 10stone but wont to loose a stone.

Can you give me any ideas or tips i want to make a plan kinda get into a rutein. Thanks.x

    exercise on a bike daily or run/jog, then dont over-eat at night, all the excess calories consumed late in the day are easily stored as fat since most ppl dont burn much calories when they're not working, follow these two simple steps and the weight will be gone before you know it!!

    Rutein? I think it's routine!

    Anyway,

    7:00 am go for a jog, however long you can go(push yourself)

    8:00 am have breakfast ( 300 calories)

    Try to fit in jumping jacks, situps, and pushups whenever throughout the day!

    12:00pm lunch (500cal.) fit some protein in! Meat, eggs or cheese with your meal!

    Keep moving and have a 200 cal snack whenever

    Dinner! (500cal.) Also, have some tea and coffee, eat lots of fruit in your meals and veggies!

    Some helpful things to do.....

    1. Eat 6 meals a day. Small healthy meals, mostly fruits and vegetables except dinner, which should be something healthy with grilled fish or chicken.

    2. Drinking at least two liters of water

    3. 45 - 60 minutes of intense cardio

    4. Getting plenty of rest

    5. giving yourself one or two days off a week

    6. BE dedicated and determined
