Could Engineering Students Design A Ship Equipped To Process Crude Oil From Errant Well?

With all the engineering knowledge and talent in US schools, could the students devise a method or two to cap the well at the bottom of the ocean?

    Not only to process but stop the leak.

    It looks like that is what BP Oil needs. Fresh faces and new ideas. The old ones can't seem to do anything right.

    It is tragically funny when you hear govt. people say they will stand on BP neck to get the job done. This is especially true after the findings of the 2005 BP refinery explosion in Texas showed they took serious safety shortcuts that resulted in the blast. What did the "govt." do to prevent more trouble? Apparently nothing.
