To get a loan of any sort, you have to show the lender that you can pay the money back. For most people, that means having a job. If you have investments that pay a significant amount of money, that could qualify. If you have a structured settlement that you get regular payouts from, that could qualify. If you have assets that can be used for collateral, then that could qualify. Usually, though, even if you have one or more of those sources of income, a lending institution is going to want to see some sort of regular income from a job, because if you get sued, those assets could be wiped out.
But really, why would someone, or some company, lend you money unless you could prove that you could pay the money back? You need to get a legitimate job, and quit working under the table. Not only are you unable to get credit now, you won't be able to get any unemployment, or retirement, or any sort of benefit in the future.
