It's very possible that she may like you!! :) maybe just try to get into the same group for a project or something and all you gotta do is flirt!! 7th grade girls love to flirt!!! Make a few jokes and make her laugh :) and smile A LOT!! Then she knows that she makes you happy and that's always a huge plus!! Good luck! :)

Make sure not to look at her too much more. With popular girls you sometimes have to play hard to get. Try to get to know her and her friends better. Once you are good friends with her and some of her close friends it will be easier to get to know her better.
