What would be some good questions to ask on carcass disposal schemes?

I am currently writing a questionnaire for my 3rd Agriculture honors project. Asking British farmers for their opinion on current carcass disposal schemes.

What would be some good and interesting questions to ask?

    Ask if they use composting, rendering or burial.

    it is said that native american indians would use every single part of the buffalo so that they would not be wasting anything given to them by mother earth. how does this make you feel in regards to carcass disposal?
