You'll probably have better help talking to a pharmacist with holistic training than a doctor. Of course, include your doctor in the conversation about any treatment option that you are interested in trying, but a pharmacist may be better trained for this particular query. Then again, it's becoming more common for doctors to be trained in holistic treatment options, so your doc may be able to refer you to someone in your area with this type of training.
