This is about webs...any1 knows plz response soon thanks?

Hi. i wana ask about the websites... i am one of the society so they selected me to be in Information and publicity..... everything else i can do like... editing movies, making new movies, posting notices, and anything about the camera....but my problem increased when they created website that has database, advanced CML Tool which is i don't know about??? u know i can understand some tasks like adding articles and viewing, and posting articles so i wanna improve the web so how i can do this? i need animated pics or written...averything plz help me.
