] Your nails have temporary damage [ I hope ] but they will grow out.
] keep nails out of mouth
] coat nails with nail strengthenr several times a week
] they will take 6 to 8 weeks [ average range ] to grow out nicely

Promise me you'll never ever ever ever EVER again bite your nails! Its sooo bad 4 you! Your nails are probably turning brown because you've bitten them so much and they're just growing back really damaged. Try scrubbing them with soap and water, and put lots of lotion on them. Once they start getting better, paint them! NEVER BITE YOUR NAILS AGAIN!!!!! =] hope i helped =]
