my OS is XP media center, I am trying to use narrator to read text, how do i go about this,. down load to MP3 format or how to start it to read word doc.s

this is part of the ease opf access/hlep for disabled area of control panel.
not a lot of recorders will record and save as mp3 but there are a few on the web for free. audacity records from any source on your pc but you need the encoder from the site to save as mp3.
