There are Film and TV industry professionals coming to do a talk at Uni today. What questions could I ask them that would make me sound intelligent AND make them instantly want to employ me? Cheers

You could ask the movie makers 'why haven't they made a decent movie in 20 years?' and ask the TV people 'why do you have to keep crapping out dire cooking programmes on TV, is that the extent of your Imagination?'
