sawdust is not good, too dusty, and yeah you could buy another if it snuffs it, but have you got a spare £180 which is what i paid for each of mine, you could be looking on alot more depending on what species they are, not sure about sponge though... sorry

NO NO NO saw dust use turtle beading only usaly larg bark flaks and go to a pet store for them not from your yard

Look- if it snuffs it, you can always buy another one. They all look the same and maybe the new one will be younger with a longer life expectancy (That is if you don't look after it again).
