Doesn't playing Rand Paul as a victim of the media just make him look really weak?

He is weak because he is dreadfully wrong, not because he couldn't stand up to the media. He is on the losing side of History on this one.

The man gave his opinion which I wholeheartedly agree with.

Namely that racism is wrong, discrimination is wrong, and that government should have no part in either one, and should not allow any government institution to engage in it. But that private industry should be allowed to discriminate using whatever criteria they choose. I can choose not to patronize a place that won't allow bald men entrance. I don't need the government to tell me that I won't spend my money in a restaurant that won't allow Black people to dine. And I don't want Government to tell me that I need to allow white people into my Black Authors Club.

Of course, you would not really stick up for people who are discriminated against, because you have stood at the rope of a nightclub and walked in when the fat girl was left standing outside being told she can't come in because the "Guest list is closed" or that "It's a private party tonight".

I don't see civil right's lawsuits for that, I don't see the social outcry for that. yet fat people are a fecking majority in this country.

Claiming "I'm a victim of the media" is just another way of saying, "Most people don't like my opinions."

The dude can't give a direct answer to the media. If you can't handle the media, then you can't handle Congress.

the only response they have is "its the liberal biased media" they use as an excuse to avoid questions. people with brains see right through this cowardice.
