ipod questions!!! virus? restore?

Ok well i have recently jail-broken my ipod, say about 4 days ago. I think i have a weird virus now because i have strange apps that have just showed up on my iPod. One of them is a triangular app that is blue around the outside and on the inside there is a guy shoveling. Another one is an oval that is blue with the bluetooth symbol inside of it. then there are apps that are called page 1, page 2 and page 3; there is two of each of these and they dont have a symbol at all they are just blank.

1. So seeing this i think that i have a virus? If i do restore my iPod do viruses go away? or are they on there for good?

2. If I restore my ipod will it be safe from viruses again, like it was when i bought it? Or will it still be able to pick up a virus?

Update:

well the jailbreak came with the cydia app then i had to download winterboard. then all of a sudden these apps just popped up

    I'm not sure it's a virus, perhaps the apps came with the jailbreak, like Cydia or Winterboard, but I'm not sure about that.

    Yes, restoring SHOULD fix the problem, unless it is a VERY, VERY clever virus.
