Is it possible to clone Oxygen cells?

Your question is worded strangely, but I'll do my best to clear up what seem to be points of confusion.
Oxygen doesn't come in cells, it comes in molecules. It's usually in the form of 2 atoms (O2), but sometimes forms a less stable 3 atom molecule (O3 or ozone).
Cells are much, much bigger than molecules. They are made up of billions of molecules. One kind of molecule in a cell is DNA, which is a blueprint for building a living thing. A cell can copy its DNA and split into two cells, each with a copy of the blueprint; that process forms the basis of cloning.
Oxygen does not have DNA; it is significantly smaller than DNA, which can contain millions of atoms. Therefore it cannot be cloned.
