I quite like Russell Brand, Russell Howard, Jason Manford and Dara O Brien for the modern comedians but I think my favourite comedian has to be Ronnie Barker

My favorite comedian/comedy performer of all time is Groucho Marx, followed closely by Charlie Chaplin and (the more modern) Ronnie Barker.
Ronnie was a comedy genius, in my opinion. A very intelligent and funny man.

I absolutely loved Porridge and Open All hours.I remember the day he passed, what a sad day for comedy :(
