Well you shouldn't change your appearance simply because one man or even a couple on myspace or wherever told you look like a kid. You should just be yourself and not care or worry. In good time I'm sure you'll grow out of your physical stature, or your physical appearance. It's just a matter of time and maturity.
However, It could be all in the way you dress, maybe you wear too lose of shirts, or maybe it's even your hair...it could be anything.
