I am soooooooo hungry. Help? ):?
I am trying to lose weight.
Today I've had:
Breakfast-Greek yogurt
Lunch-2 pieces of pizza (they're homemade so it's not as bad for you plus they equal like one normal sized piece)
Snack- a few almonds
Dinner-Salad & a small cup of cottage cheese.
Is there anything healthy I could eat to fill me up with not alot of calories?
I've been doing this for a week and I haven't been hungry until today.
I've been drink LOTS of water!
I've been running like 3 miles a day.

Breakfast:
6 oz. of Organic Greek Vanilla Yogurt: 110 Cal.
Eat as well:
1 piece of whole wheat toast: 69 Cal.
With 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter: 94 Cal.
1 cup of Orange Juice: 112
= 385 Cal.
Have a midday snack of some kind of fruit. 1 cup of grapes have 62 Cal.
Lunch:
Pizza -homemade or not- still isn't healthy. Cheese isn't good for you.
Instead have something like:
3 oz of Tuna: 99 Cal.
On 2 piece of Toasted Whole Wheat Bread: 154 Cal
1 Cup of Baby Carrots: 70 Cal.
8 oz of unsweetened ice tea: 2 Cal.
= 325 Cal.
Snack:
Almonds are good for you as long as they are unsalted.
Even better would be:
1 small stalk of raw celery: 3 Cal
with 1 tbsp of all-natural peanut butter: 94 Cal.
= 97 Cal.
Dinner:
3/4 cup of Vegetable Salad: 17 Cal.
Add some 1/2 breast of baked chicken to your salad for protein: 142 Cal.
4 oz of Cottage Cheese: 102 Cal.
= 261 Cal.
= a grand total of 1130 Calories for the day.
Which you only have do these things for one hour to equal up:
Cleaning House: 246
Jogging: 493
Running: 472
Swimming: 354
=1565 Calories Burned

I'm on a great diet but actually it's a lifestyle change so I take that back, I am not dieting. I eat 20 to 25 Mango's per week. I love Spinach, Sugar Snaps, Sushi, ( Not all sushi is good for you so be careful ), Honey Dew, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Strawberries, Blueberries, Oatmeal with Flaxseeds and pure Honey. These are just some of the things I do. You need to eat 3 to 6 times a day. Do not eat bread. If you have to eat 100% Whole Wheat. White fish is also a great source of Omega-3 Essential Fats. Eat Chicken Breast once a month. No red meat....if you do once a year and it should be Filet Mignon. That's my idea of a good food intake. You can add, change or do whatever you feel is the best to fit your idea of a great meal. Oh and I snack all the time. Not on cookies or ice cream....Like carrots, cucumbers, red beets. Might sound boring but it all works. Good luck to you. Have a great weekend. ~ Tommy

I know how you feel! I have the same problem. The problem with eating processed food with a lot of sugar/carbs and not so much nutrients is that it makes you hungry again very fast, like 30 minutes! So if I eat a bowl of sugary cereal (my favorite) I want another bowl right away. The key is to find something you like that also has fiber and nutrients -- some examples: cheese and whole grain crackers, whole-grain cereals, apples with peanut butter, turkey on a whole grain roll, etc. You can drink diet soda in moderation. All the emphasis on whole grains is because whole grain breads make you feel full because of the fiber, but white bread will have that groggy effect that makes you crazy-hungry later. Try it and you'll see the difference!

Eat more fruit and veggies!!
And eat brown whole grain bread often...gets you fiber and protein, and is low in calories and has healthy carbs for you. You can put like peanut butter on it or nutella for good taste...

Your Diet isn't that healthy for you. Eat. If your trying to lose weight... another way is to do a fun sport, don't consider it as a weight-loss program or a work-out, think of it as fun.
