I need help with a virus!!! It won't delete?
I have found the source of the virus h3gvq.dll but when I try to delete it says it is being used by another person or progam close any program that might be using this file and try again!! I'm not using it I want it off!
Mcafee and I have personaly gone one and tried to kill it

Go to Malwarebytes.org :)
Download Malwarebytes and then reboot and go into safe mode or safe mode with networking.
Then run a full scan. This should clear it up and just in case run a full Mcafee scan after Malwarebytes finishes.

The process is likely running. Try download an anti-virus (www.malwarebytes.com) is a good one.

You can delete it using FileASSASSIN.
Website: http://www.malwarebytes.org/fileassassin.php
Browse for h3gvq.dll and Tick all the checkboxes where they say Terminate file process etc.
The choose "Use delete on windows reboot function".
Then click Execute.
