Ok so the movie escape from sobibro there are two brothers who are goldsmiths. I can't find out who plays the older brother and it's drving me crazy I know i've seen him in something but can't think of what. thanks!

Mosze (Moses) and Stanislaw Szmajzner where the two real life brothers portrayed in the film 'Escape from Sobibor' who worked with their cousin Nojech as jewellers. In real life Mosze and Nojech didn't survive the revolt.
According to IMDB (Internet Movie Database) the parts of Mosze and Stanislaw where played by Eli Nathenson and Simon Gregor respectively.
The details on IMDB only show two movies\tv shows in which Eli Anthenson acted and so the likelyhood is that the actor you are referring to is Simon Gregor who has acted in many British TV shows, most recently Doctor Who, The Bill and Rome (Produced by HBO).
