if that was to happen people would create other accounts then they just would vote that way
also it was like that at one time... and when they did they had about 10x the amount of unresolved questions

Yes of course. I didn't know you could do that but if you can it may explain how those with massive scores get them. All my points are genuine. Also the very high scoring ones may have created several accounts so that they can award themselves best answers, apparently from another asker. Anyone doing this should have their score wiped.

I don't think that it should be, I mean because if your answer is the only answer to the question then it is only fair to go ahead and get the points =)
