Should the oil companies divert portion of the $billions spent in support of arms race/military interventions?

Into Research and Development for basic technology to deal with their own most common/simple of problems?

    Classes in basic prevention 101. A big competetor like BP has no one to answer obviously so don't count on it

    And your question is? I have never seen oil companies divert money into any military adventures. You are aware that the Government controls the military, aren't you?
