How easy would it be for a person from a hot country to adapt to living in a beautiful?

I expect it depends on the person. I've moved from hot climates to cold and snowy and then back. From low altitude hot and humid to high altitude very dry and back to sea level and from one time zone to another 8 hours different. It was always a pretty easy transition for me, but sometimes I run into people that have had much more difficulty coming to terms with a new environment. Sometimes, it's the food diference rather than the climate that's a sticking point.
