poker question plz read (reguarding rules)?

ok heres the situation

this is a torny not a cash game

player one hand 99

player 2 hand ak

pre flop the pot is raised by player 1

player 2 pushes and it is folded round to player 1

player 1 takes a second to consider but player 2 mistakenly believes that he has been folded too and shows his ak

player two says 'well that makes my decision easyer' and throws his chips into the middle

he also says something bout how player 1 has mucked his hand i cant remember exactly

the dealer then asks if player 1 is happy to continue

player1 clearly says no but the dealer deals the flop anyway giving ak a straight (qj10)

he then continues to deal the turn and river ak holds up

this would of knocked player 1 out but he argues that he wasnt happy and player 2 had mucked

after a solid 10 mins of argueing the torny organiser steps in but as she hadnt witnesses the event and were getting slightly conflicting stories she desides to split it up as if the hand nvr happened

my question is ment to happen in this situation did player 2 really muck or as his hand was never mixed in with other cards was it still live also is it even possible to muck when your all in in torny play?

Sorry if I was getting distracted by all the spelling errors and never knowing where sentences started and stopped.

You said Played 2 pushed. Then while Player 1 is decided, Player 2 shows his AK.

But then you said that player 2 said "Well that makes my decision easier" and throws in his chips, but player 2 already pushed in his chips. He didn't have a decision to make, player 1 did.

Then you said that "he" says something about Player 1 mucking... who is he? If Player 1 mucked, then the dealer wouldn't have asked him to continue.

Bottom line, you keep contradicting yourself.

How should I know if Player 2 mucked or not? Doesn't sound like it. But you aren't supposed to show your cards in a tourney either.
