idk know if this will help cause i am going to the venue june 1st but i can tell you wat mine said!

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:30pm (which is 90 minutes prior to doors opening). Upon arrival, go to the Will Call/Box Office window of the venue to pick up credentials (wristband) for your exclusive Meet & Greet. Be sure to bring a photo ID, your ticket(s) to the event, and a printed copy of THIS email to ensure entrance. Immediately after you receive your credentials (wristband) from the Box Office, congregate in the general vicinity of the Box Office while making a separate Cobra Crew Only line. Be sure to have your wristband visible at this time! Please do not wander off, as a representative of the band will escort you into the venue shortly after this time, and after all attendees have been verified and marked accordingly.

Remember, you will need to have your wristband from the box office on in order to gain entry into the Cobra Crew Meet & Greet. Please do NOT be late, as late arrivals may NOT be permitted access into the Meet and Greet. ONE small item (CD booklet, photo, magazine, etc) will be permitted to be signed. All tickets purchased through the exclusive Cobra Crew presale, by you, for this event are entitled to attend the Meet and Greet.
