Is it possible to live in the F.R.I.E.N.D.S exterior location?

Question

I am a huge fan of friends, and I would love to live in the block of apartments which is the exterior of the apartment which many of the characters live in -  in the last series Monica and Chandler live there. The address is Grove St. Apt 20, New York, NY 10014. You can search this address up on Google maps and it is there.

I was just wondering if it is possible to live there, and where can I find a website?

I hope you're loaded...just a small studio on Grove street is $1650 a month.  You can get at least a two bedroom just across the water or the bridge in Queens or Jersey for that.

The apartments depicted on friends were grossly unrealistic from a real estate standpoint.  Take Monica and Rachel's apartment (once also shared with Phoebe).  There is no way a struggling chef and an entry level fashion buyer could afford that three bedroom apartment anywhere in Manhattan.  It would have rented for at least 3000 a month at that time...even more now.

I don't know if you can live there but it would sure be cool and I'm ganna go look it up on google earth now :)
