How would you rank the top 15 NBA Players ?
The only rule is that you wont trade a player for any player below them. For example. Your #1 player is a guy you wont trade at all, but you would trade #10 for your #9, but not for #11 or below.
Here's my list :
1- Kobe Bryant (and i am not a Kobe fan at all but he is the best in the game)
2- Lebron James (he does not have a killer instinct ... yet)
3- Kevin Durant (he's more like 2a, I won't be surprised if he leap frogs LBJ in a couple years)
4- Dwayne Wade (He won a NBA Finals Series nearly single-handedly)
5- Carmelo Anthony (He needs to get out of Denver)
6- Chris Paul (He was hurt, if not he would be Top 4 no question)
7- Dwight Howard (Imagine if Ewing taught him that drop shot from the baseline)
8- Steve Nash (One of the best PG of the last few years and will be one of the best for the next few)
9- Deron Williams (look at the Nash comment)
10- Dirk Nowitzki (7 footer with his touch and shot making ability can add a few wins to any team)
11- Amare Stoudemire (He is a beast, but not sure if he can carry a team without help)
12- Chris Bosh (20/10 player who just needs a better supporting cast like Anthony does)
13- Brandon Roy (PG or SG, he is a smart player who makes others better maybe should be a lil higher)
14- Tim Duncan ( little biased but if you team up anyone above with him, they are making the Conf Finals)
15- Pau Gasol (let's be honest, he is no Shaq, but he is a big reason Kobe got ring #4)

1. Kobe Bryant- very clutch, great scorer, and has had amazing games after the Thunder series against the Jazz and the Suns. He has played excellently after getting his knee drained.
2. LeBron James- most all-around player in the NBA. Close too the top but not there yet.
3. Kevin Durant- best scorer in the NBA. Great rebounder, and a teammate. On his way to becoming the best in the game for years.
4. Dwyane Wade- took an average Miami team to the playoffs and even won a game against the Celtics who are now in the Finals.
5. Dwight Howard- needs to learn some post moves but still a terrific defensive player.
6. Carmelo Anthony- did pretty good this year. Started out like the MVP.
7. Chris Paul- like you said, top 4 without the injury.
8. Deron Williams- he keeps getting better. One of the best in the league for years.
9. Steve Nash- the way he has played at this age is amazing.
10. Dirk Nowitski- still a great player despite age.
11. Brandon Roy- without the injury, I think he is better than Bosh. He is pretty clutch and is a great leader.
12. Chris Bosh- franchise guy who just needs a little help.
13. Amare Stoudamire- second half MVP.
14. Pau Gasol- still a great player. 22/10 everyday if the Lakers generated offense through him more.
15. Tim Duncan- played well this season but it seems as if age has finally caught up to the big Fundamental.

1. Dirk Nowitzki
Dirk Nowitzki: He is the biggest mismatch in the NBA and anytime you take something away from him another opens up. He is a skilled 7 footer with the best ball handles for a guy his size and can drive past other bigs and also can shoot from anywhere with the %s of (47-50%FG, 37-41%3pt) therefore he lures bigs away from the hoop so that teammates can drive without being blocked. He doesn't need to touch the ball AT ALL to have an impact on the offense. Teams try to go small on him because of this and all that leads to is less rebounds for them and post up opportunities for Dirk which lets him get doubles and pass out to open shooters. He has the dimensions of a guard (passing off the dribble, creating his own shot, making FTs, outside shooting) which other bigs have a weakness in and the dimensions of a post player (shot blocking, post player for double teams, passing out the post, rebounding at 11per game in the playoffs yet he plays far from the hoop etc.) which the guards like Kobe/Wade would need a great big to help them in that (Shaq/Gasol/Duncan) and vise versa. Dirk didn't need either one to make the finals and none of the others made the finals in the tough west conference without that.
-Clutch (hit the most gamewinners since 2005-2006, has a great effienicy and % in the fourth quarter)
- Rebounds (He averages 11+ for his playoff career and he plays far from the hoop, some nights he will have low rebounds but again, he plays away from the hoop alot)
Post game (He dominated the nuggets series in the post against Kenyon Martin, Nene, Chris Anderson averaging 34.4ppg and 11.6rpg)
-Efficiency (He is the most efficient player we have in the NBA, he always shoots around 47-50%FG, 37-41%3pt, 88-90%FT and has a lower turnover rate than any star this past decade, he led the nba in efficiency 2 years straight and in the playoffs of 2009)
-Passing (He has averaged 4+ assist 2 of the last 3 playoff series and can pass out the post and off the dribble and is 7 feet tall)
-Outside shooting( above %s)
-Defense (He isn't the BEST, but it is underrated because of what he was in the past. Right now he is a good defender and strips the ball in the post better than any other bigmen, he plays his man good one on one, he always hovers around a combined 2.5+ blks/stls and earlier this year you saw how in OT against the Spurs he stopped Tim Duncan on 3 straight possesions yet he still never gets credit for defense.
