Eye drops for sore eyes from contact lens wear!?

My eyes have been sore for about 2 days now, I stopped wearing my contact lenses because of this. I was wondering if there are some recommended eye drops that can help combat and refresh my eyes. Not sure if I have dry eye or not. But it certainly uncomfortable. Brands would help too!

    There are certain brands that you can use. You don't say where in the world you are, but if you're in the UK, there are of course Optrex drops, Blink eye drops, Boots have an own brand eye drops that has very good reviews for it. If you're in the USA, TheraTears, Aquify. The best thing would be to speak to your eye dr about this, they will be able to give you a clear reason why you're eyes have only recently become sore. On a side note, do you suffer from hay fever at all?

    I use vizulize moisturise eye drops. You can use them with your contact lenses.
