I asked my friend a question on formspring but it had my username on it...?
so i accidentally forgot to click the anonymous part.. and it showed my username. I changed my URL and name, removed my picture, and disabled my account. will she still see that i was the one who sent that question? :/

Since you removed the picture and changed the URL she'll see the question but won't recognize who asked it though. You're all good.
