Playin soccer with a cast?
i'm getting a cast tomarrow. do i need a doctor's note or something? i hear that if i do play i need to pad it. with what and how much? i live in wisconsin

You won't need a doctors note, but if you are allowed to play or not may depend on several factors. The first thing to check would be to see if there are any league rules concerning this.
As for padding, I would look for some of that flexible foam padding that you could wrap around the cast and tape in place.
The laws of the game allow a player to play with a padded cast on and aside from any league rules, the referee will make the final determination as to the safety of the cast and the padding on it. Also note that the cast can not be used as a weapon during play.

Hi I am a U15 soccer player and i highly doubt that playing soccer with a cast is effective or worth it for that matter. You must work out your arms and nothing else. Let it heal and come back healthy. Make sure you are always hydrating at least 3 days before every game and drink more milk so you don't fracture your bones:)
