What are the Pros and Cons of owning a Car?

Pros: You're independent, can go places, don't have to rely on people to take you places, good for emergencies, fun to have

Cons: Could wreck and die, car problems, you will spend a lot of money, could get pulled over, ect.

PROS- 1. true independence. 2. mobility. 3. being able to get to events very quickly. 4. the power to carry things that would be way to inconvenient to carry in any mode of transport. ex: groceries, pets, event supplies, party objects, get the picture. 5. the option of taking a good person aka: grandparent, friend, child. anyone at all who can use a ride! 6. being able to travel to very far distances like out of town. 7. not having to wait for rides that take forever (like the bus or train) 8. being able to visit family (something i would most absolutely do if i had one) 9. being able to date easily in any way most comfortable ..because you wouldn't have to ask them for a ride & you can get from here to there as you please..

CONS- 1. paying waaaaaay too much for gas! 2. paying the bills such as the car itself, insurance, maintenance, extra features.
