i played with it in the verizon store when it first came out and then played with my aunts reality. it isnt that great of a phone, its pretty average. she doesnt have any problems with it so far but she only has had it for 2 weeks. In my opinion it feels like it can break easily with one powerful slide open. The touch screen is also pretty bad. Its one of the usual verizon multimmedia phone touchscreens, that you have to press down on and breaks easily, and its slow. Id stay away from that phone, it seems like it could have many problems.
