1. Let her be with her boyfriend. As you get older this will happen more and more. Maintain your friendship with her, but most importantly, do not get petulant over this. She's your friend. Chances are fairly high she'll break up with this guy in a short time.

2. Avoid him at all costs. If you can't walk away from him, let him CLEARLY know from your tone and facial expression that you don't want his company.

1 - They don't sound like the best of friends. I would let them go and try to find some new ones.

2 - He's your ex boyfriend. Move on and find another one, if you are still interested in dating.

1. Talk to her about it. She might either try harder to be with you, or she'll get extremely pissed. But trust me. If she gets pissed and leaves, she'll come back. They always do.

2. Just completely ignore him. Like, don't even talk to him. He'll realize your boring and might stop bothering you.
