what is this television series that used to come on?
i dont remember alot about it i just remember that it was about this teenage guy who lived in that poor place in california then somehow this lawyer or something brought him into his house and his wife was an architect or something? idk, she was building a house. i remember also that the poor kid from california got along really well with the lawyer's son, and their neighbor was a party girl and him and her had a thing, the first time they met was outside at night and she was smoking and waiting for someone to pick her up. i know i dont remember alot but does this sound firmiliar to anybody?

the show ur talking about is the o.c. and the characters name for the boy you are talking about is ryan, also you can watch old episodes at casttv.com

It was the OC and it was on for about 4 seasons. It was really popular at first, then ratings dropped and it was cancelled.

I think your talking about the show " The O.C". It was pretty awful and was cancelled
