2 or 3 times a week. Yes the white is rich in protein, if you are on a diet, don't eat the yolk

Perfect protein, 3-4 a week is good, 1 per day for growing children. Remember nature put the yolk there for a reason

With hard boiled egg yolks in egg salad, New York style. Just eggs, mayo, S&P, and onions (and celery seed and parsley if I'm in the mood).

You can eat as many egg whites as you like. It is the yoke that contains the fat that block arteries and so the yoke should be eaten in small amounts.

eating fat is healthy for you,

chcolate is healthy for you, it isn't the FOOD that is bad or good, it is YOU and how much YOU eat it.

    SImple as that really.
