Windows 7 dvd maker errors?

Question

I keep having trouble burning videos onto my dvd. I got this software that allows me to get youtube videos and put them on my computer but when I try to burn it onto my dvd+rs using windows dvd maker it NEVER works. I tried everything including a clean startup, deleting third party software, and making it burn at a slower speed. I even changed the priority but still no go. Oh, and my computer's disk drive does DVD+Rs and it's almost brand new. What should I do?

These answers are all great but I have already converted the videos that are compatible with dvd+rs. And I need some FREE dvd creators without watermarks. Thanks!

if your trying to burn cd&#92;dvd as video cd&#92;dvd then all formats are not suppored you have to ether convert it into dvd video format or burn it as data disc

try to burn your cd&#92;dvd disc as data disc from any cd dvd burning software (i recommend nero )

Like tejas answered above, the videos may be in a format that Windows DVD Maker is not recognizing.  Youtube videos are in flv & mpg formats.  Check which formats DVD Maker accepts and convert accordingly.  For most burning software the best format is avi.

Burn dvd, at first you must have a dvd burner drive(hardware) on your computer, most dvd burner drives have a text "DVD RW" on drive panel, you should check your computer dvd drive to validate it is right dvd burner drive.
