I have captured a video in my mobile phone withs some noises. How can erase that noises and also how to enhance the audio

extract the audio with something like AoA audio extractor, edit it in Audacity, and then put the video and the audio back together in a movie editor. You will lose a lot of quality, but if you really want the noise gone, that it your only option.
