I especially laugh at the fact that copying and pasting:
"Hmm... it looks like you have a lot of punctuation"
immediately brings up the "Open Spell Checker" popup.
"Facebook" is another one that I find funny. It's rather like the days when Lotus and Microsoft used to bring up ever nastier suggestions for words when you typed the other company's name (when they first introduced spelling checking programs).
Apart from that it is the insistence that the American way of spelling is correct. I can't think of any examples in particular but occasionally I find one and forget it.
