What do you think of Paul McCartney's political comments at the White House this week?
Personally I am sick of all the adoration among thieves...who really cares what McCartney's political opinion are. His comments were disrespectful and out of place. Stick to music, Maestro !

McCartney, Calderon, Napolitano, Pelosi, Frank, Reid and how many more, all feeding at the Democrat's table, while the US Taxpayer foots the bill. "Since Day One, we've been in charge!" McCartney is trying to re-capture the world wide attraction he once had, just one more time to be in the In Crowd. He thinks showing adoration for Obama will do just that. Does it strike you as complicated: all the wonderful talent in the US, they choose an aging Brit? Paul McCartney to play in the White House?
and Nero fiddled while Rome burned. . . .how many jobs were created today? how's that oil spill doing, is it in Tampa yet? any new troops on the Arizona border?

I think he showed himself to be a classless, ignorant fool. Besides the fact that the comment was totally inappropriate, President Bush was one of the most well-read presidents in history. Global literacy was one of his wife's signature projects. They were both great literacy advocates, which just shows that McCartney has no clue what he is talking about. Apparently, he's the one who's a few bricks short of a load.
I have been a fan of McCartney's for years, but now I wouldn't give him the time of day.

I think Paul McCartney should apologize for the garbage he was spewing about the previous president. Can you imagine what would happen if he slammed Clinton or another dem? McCartney really needs help; he's a typical left-wing wing-nut

He sounded like the stupid one. It was a cheap shot and shows a lack of class. Mrs. Bush was honored by the UN as honorary ambassador for the Decade of Literacy, for heaven's sake! She's a former librarian and is known for encouraging and promoting reading. They are both avid readers. Even if they weren't Paul is rude and that comment was just wrong.

What Ivy League school did Paul McCartney graduate from? And what was his class ranking?
He's British so what gives him the right to express an opinion regarding our leaders?
Agreed. His remark was out of line.

Never cared for his music, and what he said at the white house makes him sound like a classless moron, just like the president.

So he picked up an award, serenaded ms obama & gave his political views.
Bully for him that he gets a chance to speak!
