You actually have a great chance of getting pregnant, here's how:
The first blast of ejaculate is usually the strongest so even if he just started as you stood up it got up in you.
Just because it came out doesn't mean that it isn't all out.
Precum (which is used as natural lube) can contain sperm well before he cums
Sperm can live inside you for 7 days (if I remember correctly) just waiting for your egg to impregnate.
Get a test and if you're negative, get on the pill, use condoms, or stick to alternate methods of having fun.

Sweety,I can barely understand your question but i'm guessing you mean-he came while you were on top and when you stood up it dripped out,does this mean you wont fall pregnant?
No.It does not mean you wont fall pregnant.You only need one sperm to fall pregnant.And it's WEIRD not WIRED.

you definatly still have a chance of getting pregnant. the fluids just need to make contact.

No if he did it in you, you still could be pregnant. Maybe take a test to find out if you are or not.
