First of all get a professional diagnosis before you spend more time, money and effort. You can treat the pain and get better but you should take the right treatment measures for your condition.
I am dealing with plantar fasciitis for more than a year now and I understood that treatment efficiency is very individual. If something works for one it may not work for the other. There are many treatment techniques that you can try. Did you try Taping? I have found it very useful. Taping will keep your foot from getting injured again and will help you get through your daily routine. There are a few Taping techniques you can use.

Plantar fasciitis is not fun. I recommend seeking professional advise from a doctor. I would also recommend investing in a pair of orthopedic shoes. Orthopedic shoes will provide the foot with more support reducing tension on the tendon, alleviate the pain. Good luck.

As a general rule it's a bad thing when anything hurts. You probably have a pinched nerve or two, plus some muscle & joint soreness. Your feet weren't designed to walk around like that, & doing so for long periods of time probably put a lot of strain on muscles & joints. Right now, soak your feet in ice water (seriously!). It will ease the swelling. Then wear loose flat shoes, or better yet go barefoot for a few days. Whether it was worth it is up to you, of course, but you couldn't pay me enough to wear shoes like that.
