Help. One of my legs are stronger than the other.?

Whenever I run for Track, it is very unbalanced because my right leg is waaaayy more stronger compared to my left leg. Is there any way I can strengthen my left leg quicker. Help please! :)

Lifting weights is going to help. Instead of doing leg press, leg extensions, or leg curls with both legs at the same time, do them seperately. If say you can do idk 50 pounds on your left leg but 75 on your right, just do 50 pounds on your right leg too so the other will be able to catch up. One exercise I love to do that develops each leg equally is one legged squats with dumbells. Get a challenging weight, like at least 30 pound dumbells (I use 70s) to hold in each hand, balance on one foot, and bend down with your other leg. Just go about halfway down, don't go all the way to the floor.

Also if you just keep running it should even out over time because your legs should be getting the same amount of work while running. Really TRY to give the same amount of force off from both legs while you're running and try and run evenly. But yeah just always be striving to make your left leg do everything your right does and maybe more until they get even.

Stretch both really well too, who knows maybe your right is more flexible too.

Do you have any weights to do lunges with?

It can either be your calf, quad, hamstring...

Try running with weight added to your left hand, but remember, form is key. Although your form sounds pretty inconsistent, you don't want to hurt yourself trying to gain muscle to equal it out.
