There are many ways to get scouted, but here are the best:
Go to team camps, they do a lot of scouting there.
If possible, go to a big university that threaten to make the super regionals every year.
Send film of one of your best games to any or all of the MLB teams.
Join a club ball team that competes in the biggest tournaments like Coopers Town.
