I read on the Anime North website that Voice Actor and apparent regular Actor, David Vincent, was on an episode of the popular show Criminal Minds.

David Vincent also goes by the name David Earnest
He appeared on season 1, episode 13 Won't Get Fooled Again

He only had a very minor part in the episode, playing an ATF agent. (ATF agents monitor alcohol, tobacco, and firearms in the US.)
The plot of the episode is:
Gideon and the BAU track down a copycat bomber who has been terrorizing Palm Beach, Florida. The team determines the bomber is mimicking Gideon's nemesis, Adrian Bale, who is the man responsible for murdering Gideon's team in Boston several years earlier.
