I know that BP is responsible for the oil spill, and they are taking on all responsibilities?

to clean up the mess, including all expenses paid, but what does BP stand for? Is it an American or foreign owned company? Do you think it was an accident or intentional? And how did the accident happen? Sounds like their CEO is from England, am I right?

British Petroleum is what it stands for.

I think it was somewhat of an accident. I say this because they failed to follow the right precautions.

Here is a good link showing how it happened: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvU6KwHgkac
